Teacher approval/comments

Today we learned more into depth of prepositions and prepositional phrases.  And we are now able to tell weather the prepositional phrase is a adjective or a adverb.

The objective for today was to check our last night’s homework.  Next we got farther into our project in period 7.  Also we took our spelling test.

We were not given much handouts but the closest item to a handout was our spelling test.

We were expected to know the different types of artifacts we could do for our projects.  The only real homework we have is to think about possible artifacts that we could do and how to do them or plan it out.

Description: TMS Grade 7:CDutrow1:Desktop:images-2.jpegThat is what happened in class today.  Besides for some other minor details it was a great day.
Here is a nice quiz if you are having problems with Prepositional Phrases

Travis's Scribe for 4/5/13

Hello friends and classmates! In todays scribe I am going to tell you of the many things we have done today in class. The very first thing was we discussed future classroom plans. Mrs. Lockwood talked about the April/May GOM and she announced that the list 27 spelling test would be the last spelling test.thing We also reviewed prepositional phrases by looking at last night's homework and reviewed for and looked at the Grammar Notes 6 test, which is on Monday. So remember to study, study, study! At the end of 1st period we took the final spelling test. 2nd period was spent working on our mult-igenre projects. Also, Mrs. Lockwood posted the full teacher copy of Grammar Notes 6 on Echalk to study off of. No formal homework tonight, just continue working on you MGPs!
